    Glenn Gassen works as the Director of Migration Affairs for the City of Helsinki. His responsibilities include coordinating migration-related matters in Helsinki and promoting both labour migration and settling-in. Previously, he worked in investment and export promotion. He moved from Germany to Finland 15 years ago.

    Philippe Arnez is a High-Flow Culture Coach originally from Switzerland who nowadays lives in Finland with his family. From corporate roles in consumer goods to small start-ups in healthcare, he has lived and worked in a wide variery of cultural settings across four continents, both in terms of countries as well as companies. He believes in business as a force for good, but also in that employers have a responsibility in providing a fulfilling work environment where people flourish, no matter their background. To help leaders do exactly that, Philippe recently founded the coaching and consulting company Culture4Flow.

Pia's expertise includes enhancing leadership and collaboration across cultures, promoting inclusive workplace behaviors, and systemic team coaching. She has managed multicultural teams, lived in various countries, and published works on cultural diversity and DEI. Pia holds an MBA, a Master’s degree, and numerous intercultural management and leadership certifications.
